Built here, Klaviyo-style: profiles, segments, campaign drafts, flow recipes, and recipient exports. Sending is not wired yet: campaigns export a clean recipient list today. Phase 2 picks a sender (Resend or SES with the domain authenticated, or Klaviyo free for sends) and connects the Shopify and job triggers to the flows.
Text inbox
Business text threads from the Google Voice number, synced hourly by the inbox check. Each thread carries a running summary of what the customer wants and where it stands. Mark a thread handled when you have replied from your phone.

Product name, price, blurb, image, and active flag will be edited here and served to the public site as JSON. Storage is already in place (site_content in the admin database, public read at /api/site-content); the editing screens land in phase 2.
